One of the “chores” I did this holiday break was to give some love to my Linkedin inbox.

It was a bit of a jungle - and despite the shame of reacting with months of delay 🙈, it has brought some great follow ups.One was to catch up with Jakub’s proposal to participate in STX Next podcast, Tech Leaders Hub.

After listening to some of the episodes and seeing the roster of guests, I was so honored to be considered to participate! I will discuss about something that I have been reflecting on quite a bit at SumUp, especially due to our scale and bottom-up culture: “How to balance independence and control within your organization”.

We drink from many sources, and apply to what works best, leaving quite some space for autonomy, with discipline.So next week I’ll reflect on the topic, and some others.
