Quite a germinal book for my way of thinking about work, and instilling the “things can be done differently”. It challenges the notion that long hours and constant busyness are necessary for success, promoting a more balanced and thoughtful approach to work. “Less is more”, with a focus on quality over quantity, and defying the conventional wisdom that busyness equates to productivity.
