Joined Worksome in July 2025 — a Danish company reshaping how companies and independent professionals connect and work together.

As VP of Technology reporting to the CTO, I lead a ~10-person Product, Engineering, and Design team — aligning business, product, and engineering so the company scales sustainably.

We’re growing the business with a leaner team — capacity built on talent density and AI leverage, not headcount.

Focus areas:

  • Scaling the technology org so it grows with the business, not ahead of it
  • Closing the loop between GTM, product, and engineering — faster delivery, grounded in real customer signal
  • Profitable growth through pragmatic architecture and clear bets
  • AI as a capacity lever across how we build, ship, and operate
